Net Promoter Score measures one thing: whether people would put their own credibility behind recommending you to a colleague. Above 50 is excellent. Above 70 is world-class — a tier most organizations never reach.
Measured on Cornerstone's current evaluation form, which asks participants to rate their likelihood to recommend on a 0–10 scale. Part of a record of more than 1,900 participant evaluations since 2019.
A score only means something next to the field. Here is where 75 sits against published industry medians.
Net Promoter Score runs from −100 to +100; the chart shows the positive half, where all these values fall. Industry medians are Survicate's 2025 benchmark study of more than 5.4 million survey responses. Cornerstone's 75 is from its own participant evaluations.
A single strong number is a good week. Cornerstone has been measuring every session for seven years, and the rest of the record holds up the same way.
More than 20 years of training delivery; formal evaluation records span 2019 through 2026, across hundreds of organizations in Atlanta, across Georgia, and nationwide.
Across every program and every year, the same three things score highest.

Participants complete an evaluation at the end of each session. Ratings cover overall satisfaction, the facilitator's energy and engagement, responsiveness to the room, and likelihood to recommend. Comments are optional and open-ended.
The 1,923 figure represents all evaluations on record from 2019 through 2026. Cornerstone has delivered training since 2004; systematic evaluation records begin in 2019. Records are largely distinct across clients and date ranges — different engagements, different evaluation forms — so the total reflects real, non-duplicated responses rather than a rolled-up estimate.
Rating scales differ between forms. Satisfaction, energy, and “would recommend” are 5-point scales. The Net Promoter Score is derived from a separate 0–10 recommendation question introduced on the current form, and is reported on its own rather than blended into the 5-point averages.
